    The GEA FS MultiFormer adds appeal to food by forming meat, poultry, seafood, cheese, vegetables and meat replacement products into virtually any shape. The simple design delivers high production capacities, and it comes with a PLC to optimize the forming cycle for every individual product. Easily exchanged forming plates guarantee fast product changeover times. There are three line widths: 400, 600 and 1000 mm.The GEA FS MultiFormer produces rectangular, round, triangular, irregular and novelty shapes with a flat, 3-dimensional or double 3-dimensional appearance.

    GEA FS WetCoater

    The GEA FS WetCoater delivers smooth and efficient batter coverage using an under-bath and a four-layer batter curtain. By changing the position of the batter curtain, the process can be fine-tuned to suit the application and provide adhesion for breading. The small return rollers ensure excellent product transfer. When the products leave the machine, excess batter is blown off and returned for re-use.Options include a cooling jacket to control batter temperature, heavy-duty pump and blower for thicker batter applications, a 500 mm long in-feed belt for manual loading and avoiding excess flour dripping from the previous machine in the line, and a quick-link coupling minimize the risk of belt damage.

The result of over 40 years frying experience provides exceptionally accurate control of temperature and frying time, even at high capacities. This machine comes with either electric or thermal oil heating system along with a possibility of connecting all modern safety equipment. The integrated sediment removal system ensures maximum oil lifetime.Further, this machine has in-built provisions to connect external oil filtering equipment, at a later date.

    The GEA FS OptiDipper batter machine for tempura coating is easy and safe to operate. It provides excellent control over product quality even with small products, and is suitable for thin and thick batters. Applications include formed and coated cheese, poultry, seafood, beef, pork and home style tempura.

    A conveyor belt in combination with an adjustable top conveyor ensure products are completely submerged. The design ensures that no product transfers take place inside the machine to give maximum flexibility and reduce damage. An adjustable bottom layer former optimizes bottom coverage with difficult and hollow products. A hygienic blower blows off excess tempura or batter on upper side, and excess on the bottom is removed with a scraper or an additional bottom blower pipe.

Excess breading is blown off and returned to the circulation system, while the built-in blower with closed air circulation system minimizes dust escape.
