    GEA FS RecoScreen

    The GEA FS RecoScreen system effectively removes connective tissue and gristle from pork, beef, mutton and poultry trimmings. It upgrades low-cost meat to make it suitable for case-ready mince, patties and ground meat sausages. Special filters are also available for poultry frames and fish racks to provide recovered meat for hot-dog sausages, pâtés and similar products. It is also suitable for use in petfood production.
